Coming to you from Pluckers!

Dez and I are waiting on a table. We just came from Halcyon where we got next to no studying done. We are tallying major Karma points today, and God knows we'll need them. We contributed to a couple of homeless people and gave a couple of strangers some really good advice. Just wanted to convince any of you who think we are not two alright girls otherwise. But really I am just bored and killing time.

well, we were sitting outside halcyon and these two guys in business attire who were staying at the four seasons walked by and asked for directions to the cedar bar, which was recommended to them for live music. they were obviously a little misguided, and i had my laptop, so i pulled up the map to the cedar door and showed them exactly how to get there. they also asked where some good places for live music were. since it was late on a tuesday night, for their future reference i enlightened them on stubb's, antone's and threadgill's but told them on any given night they wouldn't be hard pressed to find a live show just about anywhere in austin since it IS the live music capital of the world. they were really nice guys and they stuck around and chatted with us. one of them offered to help dez with her homework and the other has 3 daughters, ages 12, 8 and 5 who all play softball.
